Mr. Jeffrey A. Friedman is a doctoral student in public policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. From 2006 to 2008 he was Research Associate for Defense Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC. He has held prior research positions at the World Bank and the John M. Olin Institute for Strategic Studies. Mr. Friedman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Harvard College.
