Ms. Susan L. Craig is currently a Red Team Leader at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center of U.S. Pacific Command in Hawaii. This monograph was written while she was a China analyst at the U.S. Army’s Foreign Military Studies Office (FMSO) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. She also worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency as a staff officer and counterproliferation analyst in Washington, DC. Ms. Craig has an M.P.A. in international security policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and an M.A. in political management from George Washington University. Her undergraduate degree in political science and history is from Carroll College, Waukesha, WI.
