Mr. Ian Button is a junior studying finance, German, and international business at The Pennsylvania State University. A Schreyer Honors College scholar and Paterno Fellow, he maintains an active presence in numerous student organizations, including the Penn State Journal of International Affairs, the Strategic and Global Security Scholars Program, and the Schreyer Honors College Student Council. Currently studying abroad in Berlin, Germany, he is pursuing an international affairs internship with the U.S. Government. In 2013, Mr. Button completed a summer internship with the U.S. Army War College’s Strategic Studies Institute, during which he researched financial power and the impact of financial austerity on North Atlantic Treaty Organization interoperability. He aspires to a J.D.-M.B.A. and a career in geopolitical risk analysis.
