Major Kevin Toner is currently an Instructor of American Politics, Policy, and Strategy in the Department of Social Sciences at the U.S. Military Academy. He has served as at tank platoon leader in Bosnia with 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and a brigade planner and cavalry troop commander in Iraq with 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division. Major Toner holds a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Military Academy (1997) and an M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. Following his duties at West Point, he will become a Public Affairs Officer.
