Ronald W. Johnson

Ronald W. Johnson is Senior Policy Advisor in International Development with RTI International. For 25 years he led RTI’s International Development Group, first as vice president, then executive vice president. He is an expert in local government, municipal service delivery, decentralization, urban infrastructure financing, and post-conflict governance, and has provided leadership and technical support to the Local Governance Program in Iraq. He is co-author of Public Budgeting Systems (Jones and Bartlett, 2007), now in its 8th edition.
