Justin B. Liang is a doctoral student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he studies international relations, political economy, and security studies, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank and as a research assistant at the MIT Poverty Action Lab, the National Bureau of Asian Research, and the East-West Center. He holds a BA from Princeton University and a Masters degree in international affairs from the Australian National University.
