Steven J. Condly

STEVEN J. CONDLY is a research psychologist in both the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at West Point. Dr. Condly researches the development and operation of human expertise, intelligence, and motivation at school and at work. Dr. Condly received a B.A. in theology from Oral Roberts University, an M.Ed. in educational administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Southern California.
